Hi, I’m Bronwyn.
I discovered yoga in my late teens after a background in dance, and was immediately hooked by how light and clear I felt after my first proper class. Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed a relaxed, engaging teaching style that blends yoga, stretching, and Qigong to help students build flow, grace, and grounded strength in both body and life. I teach people of all ages and abilities, creating inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone can practice in a way that suits their body today and where they want to go.

Graceful Grounded Yoga is a boutique studio in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, offering small, personalised classes in a warm and welcoming space. Led by experienced teacher Bronwyn Dunstan, our sessions support strength, flexibility, and mental clarity—for all ages and levels. Come experience the difference yoga can make.
Classes
At Graceful Grounded Yoga, I offer small-group classes—up to 8 students—to allow for personalised attention and support. Private one-on-one or small group sessions are also available. Please get in touch to discuss what you’re looking for and explore pricing options.
Slow Flow
A gentle blend of Vinyasa and Hatha styles, these classes are designed to be accessible for all levels and ages. The slow pace links movement with breath to relax the body and calm the mind. Modifications are always offered.
